Outbound, explained

How lead generation actually works.

Cold email finds people who fit your ideal customer profile and puts a relevant message in front of them, consistently, over time. That's the mechanism. What it produces depends on more than the mechanism, and we'd rather tell you that up front than sell you a number we can't back.

The mechanism

Find, validate, personalize, send, repeat.

Every campaign, ours or yours, runs through the same sequence: source a verified contact, confirm their details are current, screen the list for spam traps, write copy worth reading, score it against spam filters, then send and track what happens.

01 Find 02 Enrich 03 Validate 04 Audit 05 Write 06 Score 07 Send
What we can promise, and what we can't We can't promise an outcome. How many replies, meetings, or deals a campaign produces depends on how well your offer connects with the people receiving it: your brand, your product, how much demand already exists for it, your competition, and what actually differentiates you. None of that is something an email tool controls.
What consistently does work What we can point to is the pattern: senders who run drip campaigns consistently, over time, on infrastructure that's actually landing in the inbox, get responses. Not from any single email, from the accumulation of relevant touches reaching real inboxes. Consistency is the lever that's actually in your control, so it's the one we build the whole system around.
Proof, not promises

What consistency looks like in practice.

We won't quote a stock open-rate range here, cold-list numbers start well below what most agencies advertise, and any range given without knowing your list's engagement history is a guess. Open rate itself is also a noisier signal than it looks: mailbox providers proxy-fetch tracking pixels automatically (Apple's Mail Privacy Protection being the biggest source), so it reads closer to deliverability than genuine engagement. Mailheight looks at open timing to tell a proxy fetch from a real one, a wave of opens the instant a campaign sends is a proxy pattern, opens spread across hours and days are people. What we do instead of quoting a number: churn unengaged contacts out early, build on the segment that's responded to past sends, and report what actually happened on your own campaigns.

Two ways to run it

Same platform either way. The difference is who acts on it.

Every capability below, validation, personalization, spam-trap screening, copy scoring, reporting, is Mailheight itself, available on the self-serve login. Done-For-You isn't extra tooling on top of that. It's our team watching the numbers and making the calls, instead of you.

diySelf-serve

Run it yourself

You get a Mailheight login, the same platform we use internally, powered underneath by the Hamcut Ecosystem. Everything the platform does is yours to run.

  • Prospecting, validation, and spam-trap screening before every send
  • AI personalization and copy scored against spam filters
  • Sequencing, sending, and reputation protection
  • Deliverability infrastructure (DNS, warm-up, monitoring) set up for you first
  • Reporting on verified opens, replies, and pipeline
  • You control targeting, copy, pacing, and what happens with the data

dfyFully managed

We run it for you

Same Mailheight, same Hamcut Ecosystem underneath, nothing extra bolted on. You still get the same live dashboard, so nothing is hidden from you. The difference is that our team reads it first, figures out what's working and what isn't, and makes the change directly instead of leaving that call to you.

  • Live dashboard access to everything happening in your campaigns, in real time
  • We identify what's underperforming, a segment, a subject line, a send time, and fix it directly
  • Targeting, copy, and pacing adjusted by us as the data comes in, not on a monthly review call
  • You watch the campaign run; we're the ones operating it

Request Mailheight Access

Mailheight isn't a single API, it's the whole Hamcut Ecosystem bundled into one platform and login: prospecting, validation, personalization, sending, and reporting, all in one dashboard. Tell us about your list and we'll get your login set up.

  • One login, the full pipeline, nothing to wire together yourself
  • Deliverability infrastructure set up on your domain before your first send
  • The same platform we run internally for Done-For-You clients
