B2B Lead Generation & Email Infrastructure

Outbound that lands, because the plumbing behind it was engineered, not assembled.

LeadSourcing runs full-funnel outbound for B2B teams on two engines: Mailheight, our agency sending platform, and the Hamcut Ecosystem, seven tools that find, enrich, validate, audit, write, and score every email before it reaches a send queue.

The problem

Most cold email dies before anyone reads it.

A handful of quiet failures do most of the damage, and none of them show up until reputation is already gone.

Risk

Unverified lists

Purchased or scraped lists carry spam traps and dead mailboxes. One hit and the receiving mailbox provider remembers your domain for a long time.

Risk

Generic blasts

Copy with no research behind it reads like spam, because it is. Filters and recipients are both tuned to spot it instantly.

Risk

DIY infrastructure

DNS records, mailbox warm-up, ongoing monitoring. Built in-house, it eats weeks before a single qualified email goes out.

Honest numbers

Open rate is a deliverability signal, not an engagement one.

Corporate security gateways open and click every link before a prospect ever sees the email, that part's well known. Less talked about: mailbox providers proxy opens too. Apple's Mail Privacy Protection pre-loads every tracking pixel automatically, whether or not a human ever looks at the message. Once you account for both, "open rate" is closer to a read on inbox placement than a clean measure of who's actually engaged.

No stock percentage, on purpose Any open or click range quoted without knowing your list's engagement history is a guess, and cold-list numbers sit well below what most agencies advertise, even clean opted-in benchmarks (see Mailchimp's own data) land far under 80%. Clicks are the closer signal to real interest, since they require an actual action, though not immune to bots either. What actually moves the numbers over time is churning unengaged contacts out of the list and building on the segment that's responded before.
Built to tell the difference Mailheight's tracking looks at open timing, not just the raw count. A wave of near-instant opens the moment a campaign sends is a proxy pattern, not a human one; genuine opens spread out over hours and days as people actually get to their inbox. We report your numbers against that pattern, not a range pulled off a slide.
